COVID-19 April 2021 Update: Things have improved for many of our clients worldwide with the spread of COVID-19 apparently slowing down. Vaccinations have made significant inroads. Our dedicated teams at York Controls have been able to ramp up our service response times, with expedited shipment schedules nearly back to normal to meet clients' urgent demand for quality replacement parts and services. Our departments have continued operating at near normal production levels and our delivery and service schedules have not been significantly impacted. In addition to the Sanyo Denki DFSM0520502A parts and service support, we are pleased to be able to add several new lines of products and services: Expanded Service and Repair Support for New Product Lines: We now offer support for discontinued Seib--Meyer products, including obsoleted and phased-out Schwarzmuller parts and systems, as well as the all-new for 2021 Seiko product line-up. Rolling out starting during the month of April and May of 2021 York is pleased to announce the addition of repair services for automation products made by industrial controls leader Seib--Meyer such as the 264414 spares. Related to this we have added to our service line-up the 11076228 manufactured by Schwarzmuller and we are pleased to be able to service most Schwarzmuller systems and parts. Due to increased demand we now feature EC251C by Manufacturer Seiko as well. York Scientific's New & Featured Automation Replacement Parts: Featured for April 2021 York Controls has Sbc Brand MBA1053002 in stock, original and quality replacement parts available for immediate shipment. Spare units by Sanyo-Denki such as SANYO85928 equipment made by Sanyo-Denki have been added to our featured items. As a tip, you can find the entire Sanyo-Denki products line-up in our inventory by simply searching for "Sanyo-Denki" in the search box. Due to increase in client demand we have now also available ATV320U04M2C made by Schneider as well as the popular 060023805 original spares produced by Sensotec Servo Motors, Spindles, and Electric Motors Rewinding and Rebuilding. We have expanded capacity at our service centers to do complete overhauls of industrial electric motors and spindles. Refurbishment processes are held to stringent QA standards to adhere to or exceed manufacturer's specifications. Overhauls include motor bearing replacement, stator rewinding, and rebalancing. Additional overhaul and rebuilding capabilities of products such as the FW2B1096112500 by Schrader and SANYO85928 spares by Sanyo-Denki are also now also our York Scientific's line-up of service offerings. This also includes the original 3254370000R Spares made by industrial controls and automation manufacturer Sencon. |
